Sustainable Business Model: Learning & Earning Platform

Program-driven Revenue

Our model goes beyond donations by creating a blend of charitable and for-profit activities. The core idea is to use skills learned in our programs to generate revenue, which is then reinvested into the foundation's mission.

  • Web Development & Content Creation: A collective where skilled youth take on external projects, with revenue shared among participants and the foundation.
  • E-commerce Platform: An online marketplace to sell products from rural enterprises, such as spices and organic goods, offering a practical application of business skills.
  • Mentorship and Consulting: Advanced learners can offer their expertise to other organizations, generating a new source of income.

Rural Entrepreneurship Pathways

We train youth in sustainable practices and help them achieve a wider market reach through our platform, creating multiple pathways to entrepreneurship.

  • Spice Making: Sourcing, processing, packaging, and selling local spices under the foundation's brand.
  • Goat Farming: A cooperative where participants learn animal husbandry and business management, generating income from the sale of meat and milk.
  • Organic Farming: Training farmers in organic practices and selling their certified produce through our platform.
