Victor Mallick
Education Systems Architect & Community Digital Designer
I am a Science teacher at Nimta High School (H.S.), West Bengal, who gradually evolved into an education‑first digital systems architect—not by formal training, but by necessity, responsibility, and real‑world experience.
Background & Approach
For years, I experienced the same problems many schools and institutions face: Fragmented data, manual processes, and dependency on individuals. Instead of outsourcing, I began building small systems myself, learning structures through logic, observation, and continuous field use.
"I work as an architect—someone who listens, understands constraints, and builds systems that people can actually use and sustain."
Designed Platforms & Systems
Core Methodology
I help institutions move from Individual Dependency to System Continuity. My work focuses on institutional data flow and digital sustainability. I believe that good systems are calm, and real impact happens quietly.
